Why a condo changes race week
Event days are long. A two-bedroom condo gives up to six guests room to separate, prepare food, wash clothes, and recover without sharing one hotel room. The beach and balcony also give non-racing travelers something substantial to enjoy while others head to the track.
The listing places Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach International Airport roughly 11 miles from the condo. Travel time can expand significantly during major events, so distance should not be treated as a race-day estimate.
Plan around traffic, not just mileage

- Confirm your covered parking space and guest-pass needs with the host.
- Do not assume rideshare pickup will be immediate after a major event.

Touring the speedway outside an event
Daytona International Speedway offers behind-the-scenes tours on many days. Regular tours are generally around 60 minutes, but routes can change or close because of track activity and event preparation. The official tour calendar is the source to use before driving over.
